Dana G. Schrad | VACP Executive Director & VACLEA Executive Director
Implements the strategic goals and objectives of the organization; assists the Executive Board in fulfilling its governance function; provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives; directs the operations and administration of Association; oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services of Association; manages organization's financial resources; manages personnel; serves as spokesperson for the Association.
Audrey F. Altovilla | Events & Membership Manager
Responsible for all aspects of conference planning for the VACP (Annual Conference and Midyear Meeting) & VACLEA (Summer Conference and Winter Conference), including hotel and other associated contract negotiations, registration, exhibits, scheduling, etc; handles hotel accommodations for the DEL/MAR/VA block at the IACP Conference. Manages daily activities of VACP & VACLEA memberships, including member inquiries, dues payments, database management, updating current members and processing new memberships; creates and distributes printed membership directories.
Erin G. Schrad | Communications Manager
Manages the design and implementation of all of VACP's communications, including web sites, newsletters, brochures, and other print and electronic publications. Manages the VACP/VPCF Awards program and the Virginia Law Enforcement Challenge Awards program. Promotes activities and programs of the association. Assists with general inquiries, conference activities, and other member services. Responsible for Smart, Safe & Sober web site, newsletter, and calendar. Also serves as VACP’s photographer and IT coordinator.

C. Suzanne Robinson | Finance Manager
Ensures that all finances are properly administered and monitored and appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times. Prepares and reviews detailed budgets for approval by the Executive Director and Executive Board. Maintains the organization’s day-to-day accounting records and produces financial reports for the Executive Director and Executive Board. Ensures that all financial reporting obligations and guidelines are met in relation to grants and other funding initiatives. Manages the Association’s grants and accounts receivable. Manages the Testing Services Program, including processing orders and invoices and addressing inquiries.
Stephanie Diaz | Programs Manager
Manages all of the leadership training programs conducted by the VACP&F (PELS, ILCT, FLST, New Chiefs/Deputy Chiefs School, etc). Manages the PELS Alumni Association.
