Hotel Information

DEL-MAR-VA Hotel Block

The VACP has arranged for a block of 70 rooms at two different hotels for Delaware, Maryland & Virginia IACP Conference attendees — the Hilton Grand Vacations Seaworld and the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal.

The Hilton Grand has ONLY KING BED STUDIOS and is approximately 2.29 miles from the Convention Center. The Crowne Plaza has ONLY TWO QUEEN BED ROOMS and is approximately 1.9 miles away. Both are served by conference shuttles.

To book a room at one of the hotels in the block, follow the reservations link (not the hotel link). Please note that while the VACP has made these group arrangements, individuals are responsible for making and managing their own hotel reservations.

Reservation cutoff date is July 1, 2018, after this date all rooms in the Del-Mar-VA Block will be released to the general conference population.

Guarantee Policy
Please provide a valid credit card to hold your reservation. Credit card MUST expire after the date of the event. First night's room and tax is also payable by check. Please make checks payable to "onPeak". Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation.

Changes Policy
If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation on or before 09/13/2018, make your changes ONLINE or call (866) 524-7456. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made directly with Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld at (407) 239-0100 or Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal at (407) 355-0550, as applicable. All changes are based on availability.

Cancellation Policy
If the guest cancels after 3pm local time, 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, the guests credit card will be charged for one (1) night's room and tax or the deposit will be forfeited.

Special Policy
An early departure fee may apply if hotel is not notified of an early departure prior to or at check in. Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a no-show charge of one night's room and tax.
