The 2017 Summer Conference of the Virginia Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (VACLEA) will be held June 7-9 at the Holiday Inn & Suites North Beach, Virginia Beach, VA.

Member: $200
Non-Member: $250

(Member/Non-Member fee covers training; Wednesday's breakfast, lunch & President's Poolside Cookout; Thursday's breakfast and dinner banquet; Friday's breakfast; and daily breaks. Attendees are on their own for dinner on Tuesday and lunch on Thursday.)

Spouse/Guest: $125
(Spouse/Guest fee covers Wednesday's breakfast & President's Poolside Cookout; Thursday's breakfast and dinner banquet; and Friday's breakfast.)

Additional Banquet Tickets (Thurs. evening): $75 each

Cancellation Policy:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be NO REFUNDS of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after May 22, 2017.  Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to May 22nd if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Exhibitor Information

BOOTH RATES

Single Booth: $500
Double Booth: $1,000  
(If you require more than an 8x10 space, you will need to pay for a double booth at the rate of $1,000.)

Table top displays preferred.

Fees include booth space along with Wednesday's lunch and Thursday's banquet for one exhibitor per booth.  If there are additional representatives, extra lunch tickets may be purchased at the rate of $15/each and extra banquet tickets may be purchased at the rate of $75/each.

Booths may be set up Tuesday, June 6th after 5pm or anytime on Wednesday morning prior to 8am. Booths should be broken down Thursday, June 8th by 4pm.

There will be Exhibitor Introductions during the luncheon on Wednesday from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Registration for the conference must be completed online.
