The 2018 Summer Conference of the Virginia Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (VACLEA) is scheduled for May 16-18 at the Holiday Inn & Suites North Beach, Virginia Beach, VA.

Delegate Information




Member/Non-Member: $215
Spouse/Guest (Non-LE/Security): $125 **
(Fee covers training; Wednesday's breakfast, lunch &dinner; Thursday's breakfast and dinner banquet; Friday's breakfast; and daily breaks. Attendees are on their own for lunch on Thursday.)

Extra Thursday Banquet Ticket: $75 **

** NOTE: If you need to pay for Delegate Registration & Spouse/Guest Registration or Extra Banquet Ticket SEPARATELY, register just the Delegate first and pay with the first form of payment, then come back and register for the Spouse/Guest or Banquet Ticket and pay with the second form of payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be NO REFUNDS of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after May 1, 2018.  Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to May 1st if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

VACLEA invites you to exhibit at the Summer Conference – May 16-17, 2018 – at the Holiday Inn & Suites North Beach in Virginia Beach.  Space is limited so, if interested, please complete registration as soon as possible to reserve your booth.  Please do not mail registration forms.

Booth Fee: $500/each
(Cost covers table, chairs and electrical; Wednesday breakfast, breaks and lunch; and Thursday breakfast, breaks and dinner banquet for up to two representatives.)

Additional Exhibit Personnel: $75/each

2018 VACLEA Winter Conference Exhibitor Conditions

Set Up:
Booths may be set up Tuesday, May 15th after 5pm or anytime on Wednesday morning prior to 8am. Booths should be broken down Thursday, May 17th by 4pm.

Booth Provisions:
There are a total of 10 tabletop booths. Booth includes 6 foot skirted table, two chairs and electrical.

Hold Harmless Clause:
"The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Resort premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the resort, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims."

The VACP, VACLEA nor the Holiday Inn will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the premises.

Combustible materials or explosives are prohibited; fire extinguishers and exits must not be obstructed. Sounds from audio machines must be subdued and not disturbing to other exhibitors. Exhibitors agree that they shall hold harmless the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police, VACLEA and the hotel from all liability and damages from whatever cause. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their display materials.

General Conditions:
Exhibitors may not sublet or assign their space to others. The exhibit fee allows only one company per booth. Multiple exhibits require a separate exhibit fee for each booth. The booth fee must be paid in full prior to the event.

Cancellation of the exhibit booth must be made by May 1, 2018, at which time all registration fees will be refunded to the exhibitor. No refund will be made if the exhibitor fails to notify VACLEA of the cancellation or if cancellation is made after May 1, 2018.

Paying exhibitors will be issued conference badges that must be worn at all times.
