VACP Midyear Conference 2012

The 2012 VACP Midyear Conference will be held April 2-3 at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa in Short Pump (western Henrico County, VA).

Lodging Rate: $83.00/night (single/double), plus taxes

Reservations: Room reservations may be made online via this group reservations link. However, if you would like to contact the hotel directly for reservations, you may do so by calling (804) 364-3600.  Ask for the "VACP Conference" rate.

Please note the deadline to reserve rooms at the conference rate is March 14th. After this date, all rooms are based on availability and the conference rate is not guaranteed. We encourage you to book rooms as soon as possible — it is easier to cancel a room later if you cannot attend than it is to get a conference rate room after the block has closed.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. In the event you wish to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received before 5:00pm 72 HOURS prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

REGISTRATION

Member: $175
Non-Member: $200

Registration fee covers training and Monday’s lunch and break and Tuesday’s breakfast and break. (See Cancellation Policy below.)

Spouse: $75
Fee covers Monday’s lunch and break and Tuesday’s breakfast and break. (See Cancellation Policy below.)

Registration deadline is March 26, 2012.

Member Registration   Non-Member Registration

VACP Members will need their username/password to login for registration in order to get the member rate. (If you are not a VACP member, you may still register for the conference online without a login and password via the non-member registration button.)

Cancellation Policy:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after March 27th.  Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to March 27th if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
