Today, the Town of Front Royal Town Manager, Joseph E. Waltz, has appointed Mr. Kerry L. “Kahle” Magalis, II, as Chief of Police for the Town of Front Royal. Chief Magalis has been a lifelong resident of Warren County and has resided with his family in the Town of Front Royal since 2003. He plans to assume his role as Chief of Police the first of October.
