Funeral Arrangements for Tazewell County Deputy

Funeral services will be held Sunday night and this week for Tazewell County Sheriff's Deputy Shawn Hess who died on the job after his cruiser hit a guardrail and went over an embankment.
Deputy Hess, 35, was responding to a call in Richlands when he crashed on U.S. 460 Thursday morning. His cruiser was found near the Clinch River. Hess had served with the sheriff's department for six years. Visitation will be at Honaker Funeral Home at 6 p.m Sunday and Monday and officials say the funeral will be held Tuesday at the Tazewell County Airport at 11-am.
