Chief Ray Tarasovic, Chief of the Richmond Police Department, has challenged the men and women of the Richmond Police Department and the Richmond community to raise funds for him to take an icy dip in the Atlantic on February 8, 2014 - all to benefit the Virginia Special Olympics! And if he raises more than his goal, who KNOWS what kind of outfit he may be wearing for his polar plunge!
