(October 18, 2006) Chief Mark Marshall was declared the winner today in the election for 4th Vice President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). From this position on the IACP Board of Officers, Chief Marshall will ascend through the chairs to eventually serve as President of IACP.
