UPDATE (3/28): The IACP Conference Hotel Lottery has been completed and the DEL-MAR-VA hotel block will be located in the Westin Gaslamp Quarter, which is approximately 1/2 mile from the Convention Center and is very close to the historic Gaslamp Quarter.
