Retired Buena Vista Police Chief Erskin K. Campbell passes away

The VACP is saddened to announce that Retired Buena Vista Police Chief Erskin K. Campbell, 72, passed away Wednesday, December 5 at 9:45 p.m. at Henrico Doctors Hospital, Richmond, VA. Chief Campbell served as Chief of Police for the City of Buena Vista for 18 years, retiring in 1990.

The family will receive family and friends at the Bolling Grose and Lotts Funeral Service, 2160 E Midland Trail, in Buena Vista on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

His funeral will be held on Saturday, December 8 at 11 a.m. at the Buena Vista Baptist Church, 2174 Chestnut Avenue, Buena Vista.
