The VACP has partnered with Ukraine Solutions Co-Founder and VCU Police Officer Levin White to collect ballistic vests (panels or carriers), helmets, and other still useful but maybe expired or surplus protective equipment and also drones, radios, emergency supples, and other items that can be donated and sent to the forces in Ukraine. Ukraine Solutions is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. To coordinate delivery or pick-up of your donated equipment, contact Officer White at info@ukrainesolutions.org or 804-874-8813.
