Passing of VACP Past President Pat Minetti, Chief of Police (Ret.), Hampton
The VACP has learned of the passing of retired Hampton Police Chief Pat Minetti on Monday, August 27. Chief Minetti was a Past President of the VACP (1988-89) and a dear man who will be missed.The following is the obituary for Chief Minetti which includes date, time and location of visitation on Friday, August 31 and funeral services on Saturday, September 1.
