Unredacted OSIG Report Reveals Virginia Parole Board Violated State Law, Own Policies and Procedures

The Virginia Parole Board and its former chair, Adrianne Bennett, violated state law and its own policies and procedures in its handling of the Vincent Martin release, OSIG report finds. Martin was convicted in 1980 for the murder of Richmond Patrolman Michael Connors.
