Nonprofit Booth: $1000
Fees include:
- Booth space (Table & Chairs in carpeted area)
- Thursday’s breakfast, breaks and lunch for two exhibitors per booth.

Lodging
Nightly Lodging: Single/Double $110 (plus taxes)
The cut-off date for hotel reservations at the conference rate is TUESDAY, JANUARY 14th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed. Room may sell out prior to this date, so please do not delay in making reservations. For reservations please contact the Hilton directly at (804) 364-3600. Please refer to the VA Association of Chiefs of Police Conference.
Cancelation:
Booth cancelation must be made in writing to audrey@vachiefs.org, by Wednesday, January 22nd. After this date no refunds may be honored.
