The VACP and VACLEA Winter Conferences have been scheduled jointly to provide the opportunity for networking between the two organizations.  The conference will last two and a half days and there will be one conference rate.

Conference Costs

• Member Rate:  $250
• Non-Member:  $275

Conference Registration Check-In Opens Wednesday, February 2nd, 8am.


Nightly Lodging Cost:  Single/Double $96 (plus taxes)

The cut-off date for hotel reservations at the conference rate is TUESDAY, JANUARY 18th , after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed.  Room may sell out prior to this date, so please do not delay in making reservations.  For reservations please contact the Hilton directly at (800) 445-8667.
