Due to COVID restrictions within the hotel meeting space, the number of conference attendees is limited.

We must have an exact headcount for meals, therefore, if you opt out of a meal during registration, you will not be able to attend once onsite.  If you need to request a change in attendance after registration, please do so by August 9th.

Please do not register "yes" you are attending a meal function if you do not intend to do so.  We must pay for your meal regardless of your attendance.  This is not only a loss in funding for the VACP, but may also restrict someone else from attending who is interested.

Unfortunately, we are only able to take pre-registered attendees onsite.  There will be no onsite registrations and those who show up without pre-registering will be turned away if our seating limit is met.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please make sure you keep a copy of your registration confirmation email for reference.





 

We invite you to join us for the 2021 VACP Annual Conference!

Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.  It is easier to cancel a hotel room than it is to request additional rooms from the hotel close to the conference date.  Lodging is the per diem rate of $118/single occupancy per night, plus taxes and fees.
 
The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is August 9th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed.  For reservations please contact The Williamsburg Lodge directly at (800) 261-9530.  Please reference the VACP Annual Conference group rate.

The Agenda and DCJS approved in-service credits will be forthcoming.

  • 8:30 a.m. — Opening Ceremonies & Morning Training (incl. Mid-Morning Break w/ Exhibitors)
  • 12:00 p.m. — HEAT Awards Luncheon (for all attendees)
  • 1:00 p.m. — Afternoon Training (incl. Mid-Afternoon Break w/ Exhibitors)
  • 5:00 p.m. — Adjourn
  • 6:00 p.m. — Valor Banquet

TUESDAY, AUGUST 24

  • 7:00 a.m. — Plated Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. — Training (w/ Mid-Morning Break)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:

Members/Non-Members: $375/$400

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after August 9th.  Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to August 9th if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at
