Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. It is easier to cancel a hotel room than it is to request additional rooms from the hotel close to the conference date. Lodging is the per diem rate of $94 per night, plus 15% tax per night, $2.00 per room per night.
The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is August 5th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed. For reservations please contact the Hilton Norfolk directly at (757) 763-6200. Please refer to the VACP Annual Conference group rate.

**DCJS has approved 14 hours — 3.5 hours Legal and 10.5 hours Career Development — partial in-service credit for the VACP 2019 Annual Conference.**
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:
Members/Non-Members: $350/$450
Fees cover:
- Monday's breakfast, breaks and lunch
- Tuesday's breakfast, breaks and lunch
- Wednesday's breakfast and break
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after August 12th. Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to August 12th if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at audrey@vachiefs.org.
