Fees include:

  • Booth space (Table & Chairs in carpeted area)
  • Monday’s breakfast, breaks and dinner for two exhibitors per booth.
  • Electrical (If needed)

NOTE: ALL EXHIBIT PERSONNEL MUST BE REGISTERED AND RECEIVE A NAME BADGE TO ENTER THE EXHIBIT HALL
 

PRELIMINARY EXHIBIT HALL HOURS:

12:00 p.m. - until (Exhibit Setup)
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Exhibit Registration)

Monday, August 26, 2019
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. (Continental Breakfast)
9:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (Break in Exhibit Hall)
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Lunch with Delegates)
2:30 - 3:30 p.m. (Break in Exhibit Hall)
5:00pm (Booth Breakdown)

 

Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.  It is easier to cancel a hotel room than it is to request additional rooms from the hotel close to the conference date.  Lodging is the per diem rate of $94 per night, plus 15% tax per night, $2.00 per room per night.  

The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is August 5th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed.  For reservations please contact the Hilton Norfolk directly at (757) 763-6200.  Please refer to the VACP Annual Conference group rate.


VALOR BANQUET
Tuesday’s evening banquet is not included in the exhibitor registration fee.  Tickets for this event may be purchased for an additional $100 each. (Please keep in mind the exhibitor portion ends on Monday and booths must be broken down Monday afternoon.)
