Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. It is easier to cancel a hotel room than it is to request additional rooms from the hotel close to the conference date. Lodging is the per diem rate of $117/single and $137/double occupancy per night, plus taxes.
The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is August 28th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed. For reservations please contact The Hotel Roanoke directly at (540)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:
Members/Non-Members: $275/$375
Fees cover:
- Monday's breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner
- Tuesday's breakfast, breaks and lunch
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after September 1st. Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to September 1st if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at
