We invite you to join us for the 2020 VACP Annual Conference!

Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.  It is easier to cancel a hotel room than it is to request additional rooms from the hotel close to the conference date.  Lodging is the per diem rate of $117/single and $137/double occupancy per night, plus taxes.
 
The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is August 28th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed.  For reservations please contact The Hotel Roanoke directly at (540) 985-5900.  Please refer to the VACP Annual Conference group rate.

CONFERENCE AGENDA will be forthcoming

DCJS approved in-service credits will be forthcoming



CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:

Members/Non-Members: $350/$450
Fees cover:
  • Monday's breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner
  • Tuesday's breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner
  • Wednesday's breakfast and break


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after September 1st.   Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to September 1st if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at
audrey@vachiefs.org
