We invite you to join us for the 2019 VACLEA Summer Conference.
Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. It is easier to cancel a hotel room than it is to request additional rooms from the hotel close to the conference date. Lodging is the per diem rate of $94 per night, plus 12% tax per night.
The cut-off date for reservations at the conference rate is May 19th, after this date hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed. For reservations please contact the Stonewall Jackson directly at 540-885-4848. Please refer to the VACLEA Summer Conference group rate.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:
Members/Non-Members: $215
Fees cover:
Monday's breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner
Tuesday's breakfast, breaks and dinner
Friday's breakfast and break
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:
Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after May 19th. Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to May 19th if written notification is provided to the meeting planner, Audrey Altovilla at audrey@vachiefs.org
