Please contact The Hotel Roanoke directly at (540) 985-5900 and ask for the VACP Annual Conference Group rate of $107/$127 per night. This block of room will be available until August 20, 2022, or until the block of rooms sells out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the exhibit participation must be made by August 20, 2022, at which time all registration fees less a $50 processing fee will be refunded to the exhibitor. No refund will be made if the exhibitor fails to notify the VACP of the cancellation or if cancellation is made after August 20th.
