The VACP and VACLEA Winter Conferences have been scheduled jointly to provide the opportunity for networking between the two organizations. The conference will last two and a half days and there will be one conference rate.

- Member Rate: $300
- Non-Member: $400
Conference Registration Check-In Opens Wednesday, February 1st, 8am.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Please contact the Hilton Short Pump to make your hotel accommodations by calling (804) 364-3600. Please refer to the VACP Winter Conference when making reservations to ensure you receive the conference per diem rate of $98 per night. The hotel cut-off date is January 10th. After this date we cannot guarantee availability on rooms or room rates.
CANCELLATIONS
Attendee registrations cancelled on or after January 25th are non-refundable. Unfortunately, this also applies to any unforeseen emergency. The VACP must provide a headcount for attendees and it cannot be reduced after this date, therefore the VACP will still incur charges regardless of the attendee's attendance.
