The Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police (VACP) and the Virginia Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (VACLEA) invite you to exhibit at their combined Winter Conference February 6th at the Hilton Hotel & Spa in Richmond, VA. This opportunity is offered at the rate of $1500.00 per exhibitor booth. (Cost includes table, chairs, electrical, Thursday breakfast, breaks and lunch for two representatives as well as an individual introduction of your company to our attendees.) Cancelation deadline is January 22nd, cancelation by this date must be done in writing and sent to audrey@vachiefs.org. After January 22nd, refunds may not be honored. BOOTH SPECS Foyer Booth space (Table & Chairs in carpeted area) Thursday’s breakfast, breaks and lunch for two exhibitors per booth. (Unless additional reps. have been paid for in advance) Electrical Included NOTE: ALL EXHIBIT PERSONNEL MUST BE REGISTERED AND RECEIVE A NAME BADGE EXHIBIT INFORMATION Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 3:00 p.m. - until (Exhibit Setup ONLY, no exhibit hours) 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Exhibit Registration) Thursday, February 6th, 2025 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. (Continental Breakfast/Booth Visits) 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (Exhibitor Introductions and Break with Exhibitors) 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Lunch with Delegates) 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Break and Booth Visits) 3:00 p.m. - 5:00pm (Booth Breakdown) If you are shipping to the show, please have all required contact and shipping info so the hotel knows what they are looking for. The VACP will not be responsible for any lost exhibitor materials and will not have the time to search for them. Reservations: Contact the hotel directly for reservations by calling (804) 364-3600. Ask for the "VACP/VACLEA Conference" rate. Please note the deadline to reserve rooms at the conference rate is January 14th. After this date, all rooms are based on availability and the conference rate is not guaranteed. We encourage you to book rooms as soon as possible — it is easier to cancel a room later if you cannot attend than it is to get a conference rate room after the block has closed.
