
The VACP has partnered with Lift Up Ukraine Co-Founder and VCU Police Officer Levin White to collect ballistic vests (panels or carriers), helmets, and other still useful but maybe expired or surplused equipment that can be donated and sent to the forces in Ukraine. Lift Up Ukraine is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. To coordinate delivery or pick-up of your donated equipment, contact Officer White at levin@liftupukraine.org or 804-874-8813.
