The Crime Analyst is a full-time position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $25.89 - $28.48 per hour (equivalent to $53,851 - $59,238 annually); however, an exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and in compliance with City Policy. The ideal candidate for this position will perform a variety of work involving the collection, analysis, and distribution of criminal data to assist law enforcement in locating property and wanted persons, arresting suspects, solving cases, and identifying/predicting crime trends

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, computer science, math, or related field and considerable (3-5 years) experience in crime/statistical analysis. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be used to meet this requirement.
