10-minute speaking opportunity at one VACP Conference.
* Opportunity is dependent upon availability of time at the designated event.
* Presentation proposals must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the Executive Director. Earlier proposals may get priority selection.
* Preference will be giving to proposals that are more educational in their content, as opposed to strictly marketing material.
* In some cases, an expanded presentation time may by authorized by the Executive Director if the topic could potentially qualify for training credit.

Complimentary Booths at VACP/VACLEA Winter Conference and VACP Annual Conference for two company representatives. (Calendar year beginning July 1 – June 30)

All booths will remain secured for Silver, Gold and Platinum Partnerships until July 1st. At that time, those not secured will be released to non-VACP Partners in the amount of $1500 per booth. Additional fees will be required for more than two representatives per booth.
