This event is hosted by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Center for School and Campus Safety (VCSCS) in partnership with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), the Office of the Attorney General (OAG),  the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police (VACP), the Virginia Association of School Superintendents (VASS), the Virginia School Boards Association (VSBA), the Virginia Sheriffs’ Association (VSA), the Virginia D.A.R.E. Association (DARE), and the Virginia Risk Sharing Association (VRSA).

As the Virginia Center for School and Campus Safety celebrates 25 years of dedicated service to Virginia educators and public safety personnel, we are pleased to announce the theme of this year's milestone forum, “Fostering Resilient Schools: Integrating Culture, Climate, and Safety Strategies". Participants will have the opportunity to hear from renowned experts on a multitude of topics related to school safety and learn how to build stronger school communities as the world around us continues to change and advance every day.

Who should attend:

• School Administrators, School Security Directors, Crisis Management Team Members, Mental Health Professionals, Law Enforcement Executives, School Resource Officers, Educators, Emergency Managers, School Security Officers, Threat Assessment Team Members, Community Leaders, Safety Audit Team Members.

Pre-Conference Reunification Exercise:  July 28, 2025

• Workshop sessions will be held from 1:00pm to 4:30pm.

Main Conference: July 29 - July 30, 2025

• Keynote presentations and workshop sessions will be held 8:00am to 4:30pm each day.

Conference Attendee Registration: $125 per person (CLICK HERE TO REGISTER)
