*10:00 AM – Noon: Executive Forum for School Board Members, Superintendents, Police Chiefs, and Sheriffs (By invitation only)
1:00 – 4:30 PM: Main Conference Kickoff and Keynotes

Tuesday, July 21, 2026
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM: Keynotes and Breakout Sessions (Lunch provided)

Wednesday, July 22, 2026
8:30 AM – Noon: Keynote and Facilitated Exercise

Lodging, Meals, and Travel

Vendor Registration

Vendors of school safety-related products and services are invited to participate in the conference for a fee of $500 per organization. Non-profits or SWaM-certified vendors are eligible for a discounted rate of $125. All vendors must complete our vendor interest form to receive a registration link.
