LEECP Re-Certification Application Submission Form

This application for re-certification may only be used for renewing at the same level of certification, Command or CEO. If you are currently/were previously certified as a Command Executive but have since become the Chief Executive of your agency and want to UPGRADE to the CEO Certification, you must submit a new initial application for certification to demonstrate that you meet the requirements for Certified CEO.

If you were previously certified and your certification has lapsed (i.e. failed to, or were not eligible to, recertify before the prior certification expired), in order to now renew,you must also file a new initial certification application and meet the current requirements for certification.
