As the Commander of the Communications Division at the Virginia State Police, I lead critical initiatives in crisis management and operational communications. With over eight years of experience in this role, I have contributed to strengthening public safety through strategic leadership and advanced training programs. My work emphasizes enhancing operational readiness and enabling seamless coordination during high-pressure scenarios, reflecting a commitment to excellence in law enforcement.

In addition to my role at Virginia State Police, I serve as Adjunct Graduate Faculty at the University of Virginia Center for Public Safety and Justice, where I contribute to developing future leaders in public safety. As a certified executive protection specialist and law enforcement instructor, I bring a wealth of expertise in threat assessments, emergency response, and leadership training.
