2025 VSP Law Enforcement Memorial Service

In honor of our fallen members who made the ultimate sacrifice, the Virginia State Police cordially invites you to attend the 2025 Law Enforcement Memorial Service on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The Memorial Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be held in the State Police Gymnasium at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield.

During the ceremony, we will pay tribute to the following members whose memorial anniversaries fall this year:

• Trooper George F. Miller, 80 Years
• Trooper William T. Flippen Jr., 80 Years
• Trooper Joseph B. Thomas, 75 Years
• Trooper Robert E. Porter, 75 Years
• Trooper Jackie M. Bussard, 55 Years
• Trooper Donald E. Lovelace, 55 Years
• Investigator Claude E. Seymour, 50 Years
• Trooper Leo Whitt, 40 Years
