Frank Johnstone Memorial Fund for Women in Law Enforcement

Chief (Ret.) Frank Johnstone was VACP President from 1985-1986 and a strong supporter of encouraging women in law enforcement. This fund was established by his family in his memory and will be used to support the VACP's efforts to hold training for women and support women in law enforcement attending leadership schools.

Donations to this fund are tax-deductible. The VACP is a 501(c)3 charitable and educational foundation (ID #31-1502529).
