Plans, coordinates, and facilitates VACP Leadership Education programs: First Line Supervisors Training, Institute for Leadership in Changing Times (ILCT), Professional Executive Leadership School (PELS), and New Chiefs/Deputy Chiefs School. Manages VACP Program Scholarships, VACP Training Committee, PELS Alumni Section, the PELS Selection Committee, and VACP fundraising events. Manages the First Responders Naloxone program.
